Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before using D'yazz BOT. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any part of the D'yazz BOT platform ("Service"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and that the organization agrees to them.

2. Use of Services

D'yazz BOT grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.

  • You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service.
  • You may not use the Service in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

3. Account & Security

To access certain features, you must register for an account using a valid phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your OTP codes and LID Number.

  • Do not share your LID Number or OTP codes with anyone.
  • Notify us immediately at diazirfandi@hotmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
  • D'yazz BOT is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account.

4. Payments & Billing

Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis depending on your selection. All prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

  • Upgrades & Downgrades: You may change your plan at any time. Upgrades are effective immediately; downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
  • Price changes: We will notify you at least 30 days in advance of any pricing changes.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — are the exclusive property of D'yazz BOT and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any data you submit to the Service ("Your Data"). By submitting Your Data, you grant D'yazz BOT a limited license to use it solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

6. Privacy & Data

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP).

  • We collect only the data necessary to provide the Service.
  • We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
  • You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting our support team.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its systems.
  • Using automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Service without our written consent.
  • Uploading or transmitting malware, viruses, or any other malicious code.
  • Impersonating another person or entity, or misrepresenting your affiliation.
  • Engaging in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Service's infrastructure.
  • Using the Service to send unsolicited communications (spam).

8. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through the account settings page. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability — will remain in effect.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. D'yazz BOT does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information provided through the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, D'yazz BOT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if D'yazz BOT has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall D'yazz BOT's total liability to you exceed the amount you paid to D'yazz BOT in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via email or a prominent notice within the Service at least 2 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitute your acceptance of the new Terms.
